Publishing email marketing is certainly something that is being familiar by every company. There are many ways to determine what content to share via email.
Usually email marketing can go to the “Promotions” section of an email. But it depends on us managing it when creating email marketing.

At this time, I use the Mailchimp application in sharing email marketing, because it is easier to understand and produces reports that can be read easily.

Email Content

The things that I define in making email marketing, there are:
- Email Body Design/Content
- Email Purpose: Information/Educational/Action
- Interesting subject
- Target audience: high school graduates
- Email audience and the number, make sure it is in the format csv: 2.000 email databases for high school graduates in Jakarta
- Sender email, make sure the email is the company domain
- Website links that match the contents of the content

The Results

Here is the results of email marketing that I have made through mailchimp.

With a design that is not too crowded, the reader is not too confused and the determination of the words is also made as simple and in accordance with the target audience.

Report Analytic Email Marketing

Based on email that has been sent to the target audience, here are results of the analysis:

In this email marketing campaign/content, it can be seen that data above is from 2,000 email databases sent, only 1,739 emails were sent, the rest were invalid emails that could not be sent.

Then, in terms of other reports, it is seen from:
- Sent successfully: 95.1%
- Opened emails: 43.1%
- Click the destination website: 3.2%

After that, it can be seen since the email was sent, the audience opened the email at night, the highest is at 11.00PM.
